Travo Agency is a recruitment agency based in Morocco, helping people find jobs on cruise ships. We work with well known cruise lines and connect them with skilled workers for jobs in hospitality, cooking, and medical services. Our goal is to make it easier for Africans to start exciting careers at sea.

Requirements established by cruise lines:

You must be at least 21 years old.
You need to speak English well.
Most starting jobs need at least 1 year of work experience.
Contracts can be different depending on the cruise line.
All shipboard jobs require crew members to work 7 days a week.
A strong work ethic is essential.
